EMD GP7
The EMD GP7 is a four-axle (B-B) road switcher diesel-electric locomotive built by General Motors Electro-Motive Division and General Motors Diesel between October 1949 and May 1954.[2] Power was provided by an EMD 567B 16-cylinder engine which generated 1,500 horsepower (1,119 kW).
AZL EMD GP7
The AZL EMD GP9 comes with two pilots for prototypical appearance. The lead engine of the three engines gets the pilot. The coupler of the front truck is removed and the pilot installed. This is best done after the shell has been removed.
Replacing the LED's
The yellow LED's were replaced by sunny white (warmweiss) LED's which give a more natural light.
Digitalizing
The GP7 was digitalized with the TCS Z2 decoder.
